Mass media including radio, television newspaper etc. has already drawn the special attention of the people of all levels to this incident. It is not only people itself but also leads to accelerate other relevant problems. As a result of (N) public life has become paralyzed. As (N)  is a barrier for a peaceful, congenial society .We have to stop it at any cost first of all the government has to come forward with all our of efforts. NGO’s and social and cultural organizations may play significant role in this regard print and electronic media should chalk out special programs to make the common people ware of (N). (N)  issue should be turned into a social campaigning. So it is high time we controlled (N).
