GENDER:
DEFINITION: Gender's lexical meaning is gender. That is, Gender is the name or name of any noun or pronoun, which is expressed with the noun or pronoun, both females, male, female or both sexes.
Types of Gender
Generally, there are four types of gender.
Masculine Gender
Feminine Gender
Neuter Gender
Common Gender
i. Masculine Gender
A noun or pronoun that refers to the male behavior of an animal is called the Masculine Gender. For example - Man, Boy, Brother, Bull, He, Dog, Cock, etc.
ii. Feminine Gender
The noun or pronoun, by which a female's wife talks about the condition of the person, is called Feminine Gender. For example - Woman, Cow, Sister, Girl, She, Bitch, Hen, etc.
iii. Neuter Gender
The noun, which does not refer to any condition of a female or male, is called Neuter Gender. Such as Book, Pen, Table, etc.
iv. Common Gender
By the noun or pronoun, the male or female of any animal refers to any condition as common gender. Such as - Baby, Cousin, Student, Teacher, Citizen, Enemy, etc.
The rules of gender change
Rule 1 -
In the case of several nouns, Feminine Gender is used to use completely different words. For example –
